Let me welcome you on behalf of the 36,000th population of the Municipal Formation Krylovskaya District of the Krasnodar region!
The Krylovskaya district is a single territory with local government within its boundaries, and it includes 6 rural settlements.
The Krylovskaya district is located in the northern part of the Krasnodar region; the total area of the district is 1,363 square kilometers; the most of the lands are agricultural. The climate is continental with an average annual temperature of - 5 to +22 degrees Celsius.
The soils in the district are presented with carbonate, black, powerful and low-humic soils. The gorgeous black soils provide obtaining good yields of crops, which are usual for the district and provide an opportunity for the development of hothouse vegetable and berry growing. The Yeya river with its tributaries flows throughout the district into the Sea of Azov.
The undeniable argument of the attractiveness of the Krylovskaya district is its unique geographical location.
The sections of the North-Caucasian Railway and the federal highway M-4 "Don" pass along the territory of the district that provides distribution of traffic flows to Eastern Europe, Central Russia, the Azov and Black Sea coast, the North Caucasus and Central East.
The Krasnodar region is washed by two seas – the Black and Azov Seas. There are large ports, the only ones in the south of Russia, on the coast, and the Krylovskaya district is located at a distance of 200-300 km from them.
The working-age population is 19420 people. About 15337 people are employed in basic industries: 3741 people – in agriculture, 6475 people – in trade and services, about 608 people – In industrial complex, about 558 people – in construction, transport and communication, 3277 people – in the social sphere, and about 4083 people is a labour force reserve.
Agriculture was and remains a main structural sector of economy in the district. 546 peasant farms, 53 LLCs and 12,644 personal subsidiary plots carry out their activities on arable lands of 114.3 thousand hectares in 2017.
The cost of gross output in the agro-industrial complex in 2017 amounted to 9,519.9 million rubles, including 8,518.4 million rubles in plant growing and 1,001.4 million rubles in live stock breeding.
Cereals, grains, legumes and maize were grown on an area of 80.1 thousand hectares. Gross harvest of crops amounted to 440.4 thousand tons. Thanks to the state support of small legal forms, vegetable growing in areas under glass is being developed in the district in IEs, peasant farms and personal subsidiary plots. The area of greenhouses increased by 4,854 sq.m. for 2017, and their total area amounted to 96,900 sq.m.
The area under vegetables of open ground also increased by 8.6% and amounted to 1,466 hectares (compared to 1,350 hectares in 2016). The following enterprises successfully continue developing in this direction: Kavkaz; Dary Kubani; Progress, Mazyuk Peasant Farm Enterprise and Kulakov I.Ye. Peasant Farm Enterprise.
Gross collection of vegetables in 2017 amounted to 22.3 thousand tons that is 5.2% (21.2 thousand tons) higher than in 2016.
Nearly 329 million rubles were invested for the renewal of the fleet of agricultural machinery including by subsidizing the interest rate on loans. The renewal rate was more than 7.5%. In addition, agricultural enterprises invested over 150 million rubles of their own funds for the development of the production and material and technical base.
The live stock breeding sector is represented in different directions in the district:
The production of meat amounted to 5,400 tons in 2017 that is by 1.9% higher than in 2016. Including 1,740 tons in personal subsidiary plots (1,760 tons in 2016), 1,400 tons in peasant farms (1,400 tons in 2016) and 2,500 tons in agricultural enterprises (2,200 tons in 2016).
The production of milk amounted to 8,900 tons in 2017 that is increased by 1.1% compared to 2016. Including 4,550 tons in the agricultural enterprises (4,500 tons in 2016), 1,100 tons in IEs and peasant farms (1,066 tons in 2016), and 3,250 tons in personal subsidiary plots (3,237 tons in 2016).Many enterprises of the district are engaged in alternative live stock breeding, for example, poultry farming. The number of birds in all forms of ownership in the district is over 300 thousand. Duet LLC (Director T.V. Borovaya) is a main enterprise for growing poultry in the district. The main direction of the enterprise is cultivation of the breeding stock of birds (ducks, geese, chickens, turkeys and quails). The IE Ganzha Mikhail Viktorovich increased the volume of poultry meat production more than two times.
Trade is a priority sector of economy as well. The annual turnover of retail trade is more than 3 billion rubles. The turnover of public catering amounts to nearly 130 million rubles.
Industry is not a priority sector of economy for the Municipal Formation and is represented by 14 companies: 3 middle and 11 small enterprises. Goods produced in the amount of 0.5 billion rubles are shipped annually to the industrial complex of the district.
The product range includes: meat and sausage products, vegetable oil, sweet lemonades, bread and bakery products, as well as assembly and shipment of bicycles, motorcycles and ceramic bricks.
Banking services are represented by 4 additional offices of credit organizations in the district.
Insurance services of the Municipal Formation is carried out by 4 companies.
Small business has a significant role in the economy of the district: the share of structures of small and medium enterprises in the gross municipal product is 60%, the employment of the working population in the economy of the district is 70%.
There were 1550 small and medium-sized enterprises in the district in 2017, among them there were 3 medium sized, 114 small businesses and 1436 individual entrepreneurs. The main activities of this segment of the economy is the consumer market of goods and services (40%) and agriculture (47%).
Strategy of the investment development of the Municipal Formation for the period until 2020 is aimed at the maximum development of industries that will have become ‘points of growth’ of the economy of the Municipal Formation. Its goal is development and modernization of agriculture of the district with the creation of closed cycles of growing and full processing of own agricultural products, which volume will increase to 2 times of production by 2020 compared to 2008.
