The municipal formation Krylovskaya district presents a mega-project in the agricultural sector

The municipality offers the investors to implement a large-scale agrarian project on the construction of a greenhouse facility in the Krylovskaya Cossack village.

It is planned to accommodate a new greenhouse facility in the Krylovskaya Cossack village.

A greenhouse facility for growing tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper and salad will emerge on this territory. According to the forecasts, the products of the facility will be of demand among the community of Krylovskaya and neighboring districts. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 296.26 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 85 new jobs.

A land plot of 400,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krylovskaya Cossack village. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 13 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 175 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Krylovskaya is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 161 km.
