The Krylovskaya district to present a large-scale project in the construction sector

The municipality offers the investors to implement a large-scale project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing facing brick androof tile in the Cossack village Oktyabrskaya.

It is planned to construct and commission a plant for manufacturing facing brick and roof tile in the Cossack village Oktyabrskaya of Krasnodar region. High-quality products in the annual quantity of 20 million pieces of brick and 2.2 million pieces of roof tile will be sold to the local community and enterprises of the region, budgetary enterprises (hospitals, kindergartens, schools etc.) as well as residents of other districts. The forecasted gross income volume – 262 million rubles. With regard to such estimated indicators, the recoupment period of the investment period will make 3 years 8 months. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 277.08 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 105 new jobs.

A land plot of 30,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Oktyabrskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Industrialnaya Street (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Krylovskaya Cossack village is 18 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 160 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Krylovskaya is 3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 160 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 150 km.
