The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to buy out a land plot for accommodation of a vegetable store cellar.

It is planned to use the investment attractive land plot for accommodation and operation of the vegetable store cellar.

The area of investment-attractive plot is 16,050 sq. m. The site is located in Oktyabrskaya Cossack village. There is a local road (100 m), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 ''Don'' is 2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Krylovskaya Cossack village is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar is 150 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Krylovskaya is 2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport  is 150 km.

The site is in the state property. The investors are offered to buy out the land plot. At present time, the site is not used and free from buildings.

The land plot is located in the district with developed infrastructure. The distance to the connection points: to the power supply system is 15 m. The estimated value of maintenance of engineering infrastructure is 0.44 million rubles.
