The Krylovskaya district municipal formation to present a mega-project in the agricultural sector

The municipality offers the investors to implement a large-scale agrarian project on the construction of a greenhouse complex in the Cossack village Krylovskaya.

The investors are offered to construct a new greenhouse complex. The sections for growing tomatoes, cucumbers, pepper and salad with a total area of 5 hectares as well as warehousing facilities for storing finished products with an area of 5000 sq.m. According to the forecasts, the produce of the complex will be of demand among the community and manufacturing enterprises of the Krylovskaya district and neighboring districts.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 296.26 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 85 new jobs.

A land plot of  400,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kryovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Oktyabrskaya Cossack village ¾Krylovskaya Cossack village" (100m), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 13 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 185 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Krylovskaya is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 210 km.
