The implementation of a project in the consumer sector is planned in Krylovskaya district of Krasnodar region
The municipality offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a workshop for production of confectionery and freezing of bakery products.
The implementation of the project will result in the emergence of an enterprise in the Krylovskaya Cossack village that will produce confectionery in the volume of 675 tons per year. The main consumers of the products will be residents and guests of Krylovskaya district of Krasnodar region.
The project needs 89.19 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 42 new jobs.
A land plot of 25,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krylovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Promylshenaya Street (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 13 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Krylovskaya is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 195 km, and to the seaport of Yeysk is 161 km.
