Krylovskaya district presents a project on the construction of a leather processing enterprise
The municipal formation Krylovskaya district offers to implement a project on the construction of a leather-dressing enterprise.
The core business of the enterprise will consist in processing of cattle wet-salted hides up to the stage of tanned semi-finished product "Vet-Blue". It is planned to merchandise 115 thousand pieces of semi-finished product yearly. The basic market places are: Russian and foreign light industry enterprises (different sorts of leather used in clothing, furniture fabrication and shoes are subsequently produced from "Vet-Blue").
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 33.66 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 39 new jobs.
A land plot of 10,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Kugoeiskaya village. There is a local road, Kugoeiskaya (0,15km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 13 km.
