The Krylovskaya district municipal formation offers to investin to the project on the construction of a hotel complex for 99 seats of the improved comfort level.

The new hotel complex for 44 rooms (99 seats), of which 20 "standard" rooms and 24 "economy-class" rooms is to be placed in the Cossack village Oktyabrskaya of Krasnodar region directly adjacent to the federal highway M-4 "Don". As expected, the hotel services will be sought-after among the travelers on inter-city buses, camping tourists, drivers and passengers of heavy haul transport and guests of the district.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 38.43 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 15 new jobs.

A land plot of 9,811 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located Oktyabrskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Industrialnaya Street, there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 0 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Krylovskaya Cossack village is 12 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 180 km.
