It is planned to implement an investment project on the construction of an aqua-park in the Krylovskaya district

The Krylovskaya district municipal formation offers the entrepreneurs to invest into the project on the construction of an aqua-park in the Cossack village Krylovskaya.

It is planned to construct an aqua-park with the estimated capacity of 71.6 thousand sq.m. on the territory of the Cossack village Krylovskaya. As forecasted, the main consumers of the services will be the local community, residents of the Krylovskaya and neighboring districts of the region. The main competitive advantage of the presented investment project is lack of other aqua-parks on the territory of the district.   

A feasibility study was developed for the investment project. The project needs 192.31 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 22 new jobs.

A land plot of 71,600 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krylovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Naberezhnaya Street, there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 12.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 185 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Krylovskaya is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 190 km.
