Krylovskaya district of Krasnodar region presents a project in the agricultural sector
The municipal formation Krylovskaya district presents an investment project "Construction of a complex on processing sunflower seeds".
The purpose of the presented investment project is to establish oil production on the territory of the district. By reaching the estimated capacity the complex will produce around 1.5 thousand tons of bottled sunflower oil per year. It is planned to merchandise the products at the local market – to residents and guests of Krylovskaya district. The project has high investment attractiveness since no enterprises of similar nature are available on the territory of the district and low competitiveness is noted respectively.
The project needs 76.32 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 54 new jobs.
A land plot of 30,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krylovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Promyshlennaya Street (200 m), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 11 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 185 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Krylovskaya is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 200 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 161 km.
