The Temryuk District Proposes to Implement a Project on Opening Its Own Business

February 11, 2015

The Municipal Formation proposes to implement a promising project on constructing a sturgeon hatchery plant.

The planned capacity of the plant after reaching the maximum capacity will amount to 5 tons of sturgeon meat and 260 kg of black caviar per year.

The investments in the project are estimated to be 10.4 million rubles.

The main feature of the business is the lack of revenue during first years of the business operation. This phenomenon is due to the technological features of the sturgeon growing, which maturation is about 3.5 years.

The payback period is about 6 years.

It is estimated that wholesale businesses, large retail chains and fish-farms of the Krasnodar region, central and north-western districts of Russia will become consumers of the new fishery complex.

The object has an economically advantageous location: it is situated 7.2 km from the federal highway Novorossiysk – Kerch Strait, 100 meters from the highway Temryuk – Anapa, 4.5 km from the railway station the village of Krasnaya Strela, 43 km from the international airport "Anapa" and 19 km from the sea port "Temryuk".

The distance to the capital of the region – the city of Krasnodar is 163 km.
