The project for the construction of a greenhouse complex is planned to be implemented in the Krylovskaya District

The Municipal Formation offers investors to invest in the construction of a greenhouse complex for growing champignon and the compost production.

The investment project for the total amount of 2,250 million rubles will be implemented in 1 year. A greenhouse complex for growing champignons and the compost production will be constructed during this period. It is planned to arrange own production of champignon compost for growing champignons and the compost production on the wholesale market with the volume of 36 400 tons per year. Growing champignons in amount of 10,000 tons per year will be established as well.

The project needs 2,250 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 250 new jobs.

A land plot of 694,983 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krylovskaya district (within the boundaries of the Breeding Plant Agricultural Production Cooperative "October"). There is a local road, Krasnogvardeyskaya Street (5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 «Don» is 1 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Krylovskaya Cossack village is 17 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 170 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Krylovskaya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 180 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 150 km.
