The implementation of a project in the agricultural sector is planned in Krylovskaya district of Krasnodar region

The municipality offers to implement an investment project on the construction of a shop for the production of confectionery products and freezing of bakery products.

The implementation of the project in the Krylovskaya Cossack village will result in the emergence of an enterprise that will produce confectionery products of 675 tons per year and frozen bakery products of 191 tons per year. The main consumers of the products will be residents of Krylovskaya and neighboring districts of Krasnodar region.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 89.19 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 42 new jobs.

A land plot of 25,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krylovskaya Cossack village. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 13 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 170 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Krylovskaya is 15 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 190 km, and to the seaport of Yeisk is 160 km.
